We have run the businesses we advise.
Every partner on this team has held operational or commercial leadership roles in logistics before doing this work.

Anthony
Anthony spent the early part of his career at WiseTech Global, where he worked across more than 20 acquisitions in three years, spanning customs, compliance, global forwarding, and adjacent verticals. That experience gave him a direct understanding of how logistics technology companies are built, valued, and integrated at scale.
After WiseTech, he launched a consulting practice and an independent content platform focused on logistics technology. The newsletter reaches over 5,000 subscribers, with the broader platform drawing more than five million annual views.
At Seaclear, Anthony co-leads the firm's logistics technology advisory practice, working with founders, operators, and acquirers across sell-side mandates, buy-side search, and strategic positioning.
He is based in France.

Marcus Pang
Marcus has spent 12 years at the intersection of logistics operations and enterprise technology, with a focus on CargoWise and the WiseTech Global ecosystem.
At Ben Line Agencies, he led a CargoWise rollout across 18 countries and three product lines in six months. At SCF Global, he delivered implementations of CargoWise, ediEnterprise, and ContainerChain across multiple continents, from pre-sales through post-go-live support, accumulating over 4,000 hours of hands-on delivery. He has also led board-level system selection processes and built integration and automation solutions across workflow, data, and operational ecosystems.
At Seaclear, Marcus leads the firm's Asia advisory practice, covering CargoWise-adjacent transactions, logistics technology implementations, and buy and sell-side mandates across tech and forwarding.

He then spent 20 years at Shipco Transport, the world's largest LCL and air freight consolidator, building relationships with senior leadership across the forwarding industry globally. He later launched ECU Worldwide's airfreight program in the United States, standing up the operation across four offices from scratch. Most recently, he led commercial development between North America and the Nordic and Baltic regions at JAS Worldwide.

Before building companies, he managed global logistics for adidas, Reebok, and Rockport. He went on to co-found and sell two logistics technology companies. SimpliShip was an international air and ocean freight marketplace and rate management platform. Qwyk was acquired by Magaya, where it became the foundation of their Digital Supply Chain product.
